The spacious living area is comfortable, fully air-conditioned and tiled with a vaulted ceiling (with fans throughout).  Furnishings are traditionally cool Floridian and include a queen-sleeper sofa, love seat, occasional tables and lamps. 42 inch Plasma TV with HD and record and live pause facility. Extensive tv cable with Fox Soccer Channel, and ESPN2 showing up to 3 live English Premier League games on Saturdays, more games on Sunday and European games in midweek plus Sky Sports News, BBC America, Disney and many more.

 

Whether you are catering for the family or a quiet meal for two, the traditionally furnished dining area seats six and provides a relaxed and enjoyable environment.  For snacks and breakfast try the nook that overlooks the pool area.  Here you can also access the pool via patio doors protected by an alarm to ensure that toddlers cannot get out of the house without you knowing.
The fully equipped kitchen, includes a Jumbo American-sized fridge with integrated ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and kettle.  There is also all the crockery, cutlery, pans, containers and glasses to enjoy anything from a snack or picnic to a three-course meal.
There is a washing-machine, tumble dryer,  steam iron and board.

The master bedroom is self contained with its super king bed is situated with direct access to the pool, lamps, a ceiling fan to keep the room cool, cordless telephone, clock-radio and a remote controlled colour television. It has its own twin wash basins, WC and large walk in shower. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe.

There are two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and  the other with two twin beds.  Each room has adequate storage space for clothes in large closets, dressers and cabinets.  
Conveniently located for the double and twin bedrooms is the second bathroom. This comprises a low level bath with shower, sink and WC.  Each bathroom also has its own hairdryer.  For babies, a cot, high chair and a stroller (push-chair) for toddlers are provided at no extra cost.

 

POOL AREA

THE LARGE SOUTH facing pool (ranging in depth from 3ft to 6ft), is enclosed in a lanai to keep out bugs and is screened all round for total privacy, it also provides adequate space to soak up that sun in a tranquil setting. The pool has steps and a hand-rail.

 
For guests or small children who require protection from the sun, there is a large covered patio area with a fan and table and chairs.
 
Pool heat is available for an extra charge of 100 pounds per week.
